So, I bought a few things from diginn.com and, the prices were kind of better than most other places I looked at. The delivery did take a little while, but like, nothing too bad or unexpected. Overall, for the money, I feel like I got decent gear and I’d probably order from them again

"Friendly staff, but I expected faster help"
The staff was friendly, which I appreciated, but I expected a faster response when I needed help. Once I did get someone, the service felt a little rushed and I didn’t leave feeling like my questions were fully answered.

"Decent, but a little hit or miss"
I’ve ordered from Dig Inn a few times, and overall it’s been decent. Some of the veggies tasted really fresh and the chicken was solid, but one time the greens seemed a little old and the rice was kind of dry, that part was weird. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not always consistent. I’d probably still order again if I’m nearby.

"Decent bowls, but customizing is a hassle"
Dig Inn is okay when I’m in a rush and just want to grab a bowl without thinking too much. The food is usually solid, and I do appreciate being able to swap a side or pick a protein, but i expected the ordering to be a lot more flexible than it is.
The app gets annoying fast because some things just can’t be changed, or there’s no easy way to leave clear notes. It’s not a huge deal, but when you’re trying to make a simple adjustment and it won’t let you, it gets old. I’d order more often if customizing was quicker and more consistent.

"Good, But I’m Keeping an Eye on the Chicken"
I usually like Dig Inn, the flavors are solid and the veggies taste fresh most of the time, almost suspiciously fresh, like they’ve got some secret produce operation going on in the back. That said, a few dishes can be a little bland, and one time my chicken was dry, which felt like proof that the kitchen vibes change depending on the day. Overall, it’s not bad at all, but I’ve learned to be strategic about what I order because something is definitely up with the consistency.

"Easy to grab a seat at lunch"
I stopped by Dig Inn around lunch and, the best part was that there were actually seats open. I feel like places always make it sound so effortless in their polished little descriptions, but half the time you end up standing around waiting for someone to leave. This time I found a spot right away.
It made the whole meal feel way less rushed. The food was good, no complaints there, but the easy seating is what I actually remembered afterward. I’d go back, especially if it’s not one of those packed lunch rush situations...

"Got help faster than I thought"
I had a quick question about my order and, i expected to be waiting a while... but support got back to me really fast. They explained what was happening in a simple way, which I appreciated. No annoying back-and-forth or anything. Just easy help when I needed it, so yeah, happy with how it was handled.

"Surprisingly smooth experience"
I ordered from diginn and, i wasn’t expecting much at first. I was kind of prepared to be waiting around or having to follow up, but then updates started coming through quickly, which was a nice surprise. At one point I was still a bit anxious about the delivery time, but it actually arrived faster than I thought it would. So yeah, I went from skeptical to impressed. Simple, easy, no hassle — exactly what I needed. I’d use them again.

"Clean Tables, But the Floor Needed Attention"
The tables were clean, which made it easy to sit down and eat comfortably. The only downside was that the floor felt a bit sticky, so that could definitely use some extra cleaning

I really like how easy it is to find veggie and gluten-free stuff here, which makes shopping way less stressful. I got my Dig Inn order and, politely, I was relieved it was actually correct. No missing sides, no random swaps, and the food matched exactly what I picked online. I was in a rush, so I really didn’t have the patience for any surprises. Happy with it overall.

"Honestly, this app is ridiculously easy to use"
I use DIG Inn mostly on my phone, it’s been such a relief. The app loads super fast, I can find what I need without feeling like I’m on a treasure hunt, and checkout doesn’t drag on forever, which I appreciate more than I can even explain. When I use the website on my laptop, it’s clear and simple too. I haven’t run into any major issues so far, so yeah, I’m genuinely happy with it.

I usually like going to Dig Inn because it’s super convenient for me. It’s right near my office, so it’s an easy lunch option when I’m busy and don’t want to waste time going out of my way. That said, my last visit wasn’t great, and I’m still expecting some kind of apology. I’ll probably keep it in mind because the location is so easy, but the experience definitely left me a little disappointed

My order arrived and everything inside was fine, so maybe I’m overthinking it, but the box was crushed when it showed up. Nothing was broken, thankfully, but I do wonder if the packaging could be a bit sturdier next time.

"Nice enough spot, just a little too loud"
The place has a decent vibe and it looks nice when you walk in, but it was kind of loud and everything felt a little rushed, like people were moving around nonstop and you couldn’t really settle in, so I’d say it’s fine for a quick lunch or something casual but not really the place I’d pick if I wanted to relax and hang out for a while.

"Loyalty points are decent but take a while"
I order from DIG every now and then, and the loyalty program is fine, just not anything super exciting. The points do add up, but it feels slow unless you’re ordering a lot. Still, it’s always nice to get a little discount once in a while

I order Dig Inn for lunch often because I’m picky about what I want, and it’s nice that my usual stuff is actually available most of the time. The salmon, sweet potatoes, and greens are my go-to, and I appreciate not having to rethink my whole lunch because something randomly vanished.
If something is out, the site makes it obvious before I check out, which saves me from being irritated after I’ve already paid. It’s a small thing, but for me it makes ordering way less annoying
